SuperTest
Governance & Accreditation

Testing that supports technical understanding.

Testing activities undertaken through SuperTest are designed to support independent technical understanding, comparison, and informed decision-making under defined environmental and operating conditions.

Testing does not constitute certification, approval, or determination of regulatory compliance for customer products or systems.

Where applicable, specific activities may be performed under NATA accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025 within the confirmed scope of accreditation. Testing outputs support technical evaluation within the defined scope of each engagement.

Quality management framework

Testing activities are conducted within an ISO 9001-certified quality management system.

Testing preparation and measurement assurance

All test equipment is rigorously calibrated and verified on an annual basis to ensure accuracy and repeatability. Each testing program is supported by established protocols, validated procedures, and extensive preparation to deliver reliable outcomes and confidence in the results generated.

Impartiality and independence

SuperTest conducts testing activities in a manner consistent with the impartiality and independence principles of ISO/IEC 17025. Governance measures are in place to identify, manage, and disclose potential conflicts of interest that could compromise, or be perceived to compromise, the objectivity of testing activities.

Competence and ongoing development

SuperTest maintains documented processes to ensure personnel involved in testing and related activities are competent for the tasks they perform. This includes initial authorisation, role-specific training, and ongoing review of competence where methods, equipment, standards, or operating practices change. Training and competency requirements are managed within the quality management system and are reviewed periodically to support consistency, reliability, and impartiality of testing activities.

Standards and use of results

Where appropriate, relevant Australian or international standards may be referenced to support test planning, execution, or interpretation. Only testing activities explicitly confirmed as being within the scope of accreditation are undertaken as accredited testing.
