1. Remove ice from bin.
2. Switch machine into cleaning mode.
3. Slowly add the desired amount of cleaner.
   Nickel Safe
   Use 8oz of cleaner for every 250-300lb per day of ice production. Our cleaner has been tested and approved to be safe for use on Manitowoc nickel plated evaporators.
   Maximum Strength
   Use 16oz of cleaner for every 250-300lb per day of Ice production for ice machines using stainless steel evaporators.
4. Circulate for 10-30 minutes depending on scale load.
5. Discard spent water and rinse machine 3 times.
6. All Done!

Use 236ml of Viper Nickel Safe Ice Machine Cleaner for every
113kg to 136kg of ice production. Add into the sump of a
circulating system and initiate the cleaning mode. Tested to be
compatible with nickel plated evaporators and plastic components
used in ice machines like Manitowoc™.
