SUPERCOOL ACHIEVES ISO QUALITY MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION

SuperCool Asia Pacific Pty Ltd has achieved the coveted ISO 9001:2015 covering its quality management systems.
The scope of the certification covers all the products and services the company provides to the commercial and mobile air conditioning and refrigerated transport industry, which includes the SuperTest environmental test centre, a key service that is the only one of its kind in Australia.
SuperCool Asia Pacific can now promote its status as a company that meets a level of quality that assures reliability, safety, consistency and meets customer expectations while continuously improving its performance.
The current ISO 9001, amended in 2015 has a stronger focus on risk management and customer satisfaction, as well as communication and quality leadership and commitment.
SuperCool Asia Pacific General Manager Jon Mitchell said the company had always prided itself on its relationships with suppliers as well as customers. ‘We don’t just sell product off a shelf,’ Jon added. ‘We sell service solutions, seeking out the stress points in air conditioning, refrigeration, telematics, chemicals and all things HVAC/R to find a solution, design the hardware, service consumables and supervise the commissioning.’
