First news of SuperProbe project

SuperCool has been featured on a Commonwealth Government website for its work on SuperProbe.

The feature story 'SuperCool Asia Pacific – innovation to save food waste' appeared on the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, Business Entrepreneurs' Programme page.

It is the first major story released publicly to forecast the development of a probe that will determine the thermal properties of food in refrigerated transport and cold storage. Engineering and mathematical expertise was provided through a collaboration between SuperCool and Griffith University.

SuperCool’s SuperProbe will remove some inefficiencies with current cold chain temperature monitoring procedures. It will eliminate time-consuming human involvements, such as a truck driver having to manually insert probes into food in various locations of a load.
